I called Integrety heating on Tuesday. I was on the phone 3 minuets and explained what was gong on. He did not ask to set an appointment, instead he gave me free advise too chech the air filer first, so I did not have too pay $100 for him to do that.

He did not ask me for my name o phone number. He just gave FREE advise.

I did what he said. The problem was still their, so I called him back the next day. He said he would come right over. He was at my door in 30 minuets. Did a great job. Fixed my furnace and gave me som more free advice. A checkup after 2 years.

Knowledgeable and experienced tech who showed up. Also great that they were able to get me scheduled within 12days of my call. A competitor told me they were completely booked up for a month and half and couldnt take anything new unless it was an emergency call, which meant $$$$.

Brad came and looked at our cooler and determined he could put a bandage fix on it but no guarantee how long it would last, we decided to go with a new cooler, he gave us a reasonable price for installation and such, he did all the paperwork for the guarantee for getting it registered. Installation looks great. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for the tune ups on both the a/c and heater!
